Cajun Is... Off The Hook. Off The Hook is the only truly authentic Cajun, quick - casual dining experience that offers something for the whole family.


Off The Hook was founded with a simple idea in mind: to share our love for Cajun foods and culture in a timely manner. Our goal is to promote family recipes with bold, authentic flavors that represent the Louisiana region, combining the essence of Cajun cooking with the speedy convenience of a quick service restaurant.

Raising money for Breast Cancer
We successfully raised over $8,200 to support the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center to help fight the battle against breast cancer.
Support during hurricane Francine
Supporting our local community affected by hurricane Francine with OTH food trucks.
Give to Cajun Navy
We proudly supported the Cajun Navy during the grand opening of our new restaurant in Walker.

We are the only fast, casual restaurant that features the unique Cajun flavors of South Louisiana. We use the freshest ingredients and products because living off the land is what we were taught - preserving and promoting this rich legacy is our core belief.
From the Bayou to the Restaurant
2012
The Adventure Begins
Spurred out of the love for Cajun cooking in 2012, our 1st location opened in a 900-square-foot building in our hometown of Thibodaux, Louisiana. Small on space but big on flavor.

2014
Down the Canel
Off The Hook soon found a new home. Still in their hometown of Thibodaux but in a prime location near other local businesses. Now able to offer more seating to its ever-growing fans.

2015
Not One But Two
Now Serving Houma, La. A year to the date we opened in Thibodaux, we added this new location in Houma. Off The Hook is paddling right along.

2017
Out with the Old
It was time for a fresh new look! Our company was completely re-branded and all ready for the next step to success.

2020
Gonzales, LA
Summer of 2020, we opened our Gonzales location amidst a pandemic and to raving reviews!

2021
Sweet Baton Rouge
In December of 2021, we opened our first location in Baton Rouge! Located on Corporate Boulevard near College Drive.

2024
Hooked on Hammond
In February of 2024, we opened our first location in Hammond, LA! We are excited to share our love for local cuisine with the people of Tangipahoa Parish!
